Yousef Alreemawi

Yousef is a Palestinian academic, translator, writer, political commentator, refugee activist, radio producer and musician. He is a lecturer in Arabic language and culture at the University of Melbourne. He is also the founder of (Palestine Remembered) on Radio 3CR, Australia's only English radio program totally dedicated to the Palestinian cause. Yousef is the founder of the Australian Society for the Palestinian-Iraqi Refugees Emergency (ASPIRE), providing language and legal support for stateless Palestinian Iraqis.
